Your program is built from these building blocks:
Mobility for people who sit all day. 10 to 20 minutes, anywhere.
Strength at home or at the gym, with a focus on legs and glutes, upper body or core. Beginner and intermediate.
Strength plus short cardio sessions (jump rope, incline walking) and simple daily habits. No crash diets.
Posture, neck and back: upper-back strength, core and 5-minute resets for the spots that complain.
Every program runs in 4-week blocks that get a little harder each week, with gym and home versions. A new workout every week and a monthly live class with me. Want me to check your form and adjust it by hand? That's 1:1 coaching. Founding price for people on the waitlist.
Who builds your program

I'm Kristine. I stream for hours, so I know exactly how a long day in a chair feels.
Every exercise in your program is filmed by me, in the gym, with a home version.
